How do I update my payment details for the monthly membership payments?

To update your payment details for the Monthly Membership:

1. After logging in, go to your Memberships area (from My Account)
2. On the ChiChi NET Plan Line, click on View Billing on the right.
3. Update your payment details by clicking on Change Payment.
   1. Choose either Paypal or Credit Card (Stripe)
4. If a Monthly payment has failed, scroll down to the Related Orders section. Completed Monthly payments will have a View Button, however incomplete payments will have a Pay button. Click on the Pay button and then update your payments details as above.
